EGG IN A MUG – EGG RECIPES

Eggs are great for children because they are high in protein, low in fat and cholesterol, and have many essential vitamins and minerals.
This recipe is so easy to make that you can have it ready in under 10 minutes. The ingredients should be whisked together until they form a smooth mixture.
1. Crack each egg into a microwaveable mug. Add a dash of milk and seasoning to each, then beat together with a fork.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir with a fork, add the peas and corn and return to the microwave. Cook on High for 1 minute.
3. Stir again with the fork and leave to stand for 30 seconds. If you prefer your eggs more set, microwave for a further 30 seconds.
4. Divide the cherry tomatoes and cheese between the mugs and stir well. Serve with toasted pitta bread.
